Fit Mama Training was established after my daughter was born because nobody can prepare you for what your body goes through when you have a baby.

Emily is a certified Mama. She brings 10 years experience as a Registered Kinesiologist, Exercise Physiologist and Health Coach. As a Mom, she understands the demands that motherhood can have on our bodies. She loves helping clients work towards their health and fitness goals, and train for survival of the MomLife! ⠀
Kat is a strength and conditioning coach with a foundation in rhythmic gymnastics. She is passionate about providing knowledge to help moms thrive in fitness, and become the best self they have ever been.
