Join the Fit Mama Movement

Fit Mama Training is the fitness choice for moms looking to get back in shape.  We offer group fitness, personal training, virtual classes, On Demand workouts to outdoor bootcamps and nutritional coaching

Our mission is to give women access to fitness in the most convenient way because we understand the challenges of balancing the mom life.   Thats why babies are always welcome at every Fit Mama class.

 

Our supportive community and coaches create a space where fitness is a lifestyle, not an obligation.  Most importantly, we have fun!

 

Our classes are now located at GYM & Juice located at 775A The Queensway!

A message from our Founder

Christines passion for helping women find their strength again after having children is the reason she started Fit Mama Training.  She has created a space for women to come together, sweat together and get stronger together.  Fit Mama is about community.  We all know it takes a village to raise a child, we want Fit Mama to be your village. Nobody can truly prepare you for what your body goes through when you have a baby.  Let our community of coaches and like minded moms help you get back to feeling like you. The support from other moms on your fitness journey is powerful.  We are here to help you reach your goals, from one fit mama to another.

Christine has more than 10 years experience in the fitness industry.  She is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor with a specialty in pre & post natal fitness. She loves teaching Barbell & Kettlebell classes, Yoga & Animal Flow.  Her favourite class to teach is HIIT the Legs & Booty!
