A FITNESS PROGRAM FOR KIDS

A NEW fitness program for kids! Happy Little Animals is a fun and creative way to get children moving, animal style! These 30 minute sessions begin with a yoga style warm up before engaging in a vigorous and creative animal movement segment that gets children moving in different planes using their own bodyweight. We mimic animal movement and sounds creating a fun way to exercise! Every class finishes with a guided meditation for children to relax and have a mindful moment before continuing on with their busy day.

 

Happy Little Animals Fitness Program is designed for children as young as 3 years old up to grade 8. The younger children learn with visual cue cards and are guided through an imaginary adventure to compliment their physical learning.
