A Message from
our founder


I am a personal trainer, yoga instructor, nutrition coach, but most importantly a mother.  Becoming a mother has changed everything about me.  

Fit Mama Training was established after my first daughter was born because nobody can prepare you for what your body goes through when you have a baby.  


The support from other moms on your fitness journey is powerful.  We are here to help you reach your goals, from one fit mama to another.

Mercedes is a certified personal trainer who is passionate about helping others achieve their personal health and fitness goals. “Inspiring others to do their best in my classes is what drives ME to do my best. Growing up in and health conscious family, I’ve always prioritized my physical well being. If I can help others feel good about themselves and see results... it’s all worth it!”

With 25 years of experience as a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, Melissa loves helping women become stronger and feel more confident through strength training and bootcamp style classes!

As one of our original members, Franca has always been consistent in taking the time to make her health a priority.  She is a mother of three, a high school teacher and is so excited to be on the other side of the classes to motivate and sweat with our community


(DadBods) Mens Fitness Coach

Brennan is our head coach for our DadBods Bootcamp and Co-Ed Fit Mama & Papa classes.  Brennan has over 20 years experience as a personal trainer, and manager leading a team of coaches. He specializes in mobility, strength and kettlebell training.  His lifetime in sport creates an athletic theme in every workout.



Most trainers can develop programs, measure lbs/inches, and provide healthy eating tips. Christine isn’t your average trainer. She shows you the value of being healthy, feeling strong and helps you find joy at every stage of your body composition. She reinforces that health is so much more than the scale, the mirror or the pinch test.


Christine's approach to working out is very unique. Fit Mama Training understand the challenges, limitations and excuses.  They help new mommies work through all of it.  I’m excited to work out again, thanks to the Fit Mama Training team.


Christine has changed my life! I was stuck in a post two baby body and she got me excited to work out again. Fit Mama bootcamps are tailored to women that want to get fit and strong. Her classes are challenging and fun. Her nutrition tips are also so helpful. I’m seeing and feeling the results!
