30 Day Core Challenge with Fit Mama
We are so excited to launch our first Core challenge this May. We will introduce one new core exercise every day for the next 30 days. Follow along on Instagram and Facebook where we will have daily demonstrations of each exercise on the following Core Challenge Card.

The Core Challenge begins May 1st!
The Challenge
Each day, complete the core exercise as demonstrated. You will do 3 rounds of the exercise: 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds rest in between. That is a total of 3 minutes a day! We can do this!
The Contest
To enter our contest, you must follow and tag @fitmama_training and #fitmamacore30 daily when you post a video or photo of yourself completing the daily challenge on your social media feed. At the end of the 30 days, submit your completed Challenge Card to us at getfit@fitmamatraining.ca for a chance to win our New Nutrition Start Up Program (valued at $99) with our Holistic Nutrition Coach.
