Yoga is known to help increase your flexibility and mobility while toning and strengthening your muscles.  It is a great compliment to training as it helps increase body awareness, relieves stress, and reduce muscle tension.

 Group Training

Get results while sweating with your fellow Fit Mamas in the fresh Summer air.   A lot has changed but we can still workout in a safe and responsible way.  

Fit Mama Training is offering small group training outdoors beginning July 6th. Classes will be limited to less than 8 people.  We will be socially distanced (6 ft apart at all times). These 45 minute high intensity workouts take place outdoors.  All equipment is provided and will be sanitized before/after each class.  Click below to learn more.
