 Group Training

Get results while sweating with your fellow Fit Mamas in the fresh Summer air.   A lot has changed in a year but we can still enjoy these wonderful activities in a safe and responsible way.  


⇨ We will be socially distanced (6 ft apart at all times).

⇨ All equipment provided, sanitized before/after.  

⇨ Each person will have their own equipment during class, no sharing.

⇨ Price is $20 per class per person.

⇨ 45 minute high intensity workout.

⇨ Register for a minimum of 2 classes per week.

⇨ No refunds for missed classes.  Makeup classes within the same month.

Let's stay connected and sweat together in the comfort of our own homes!  We offer virtual 1:1 personal training and unlimited fitness classes.


Become a virtual member and gain access to more than 10 LIVE classes aweek.  Classes are 30 & 45 minutes in length. Enjoy and choose from a variety of styles ranging from Strength Training to Hiit & flow.  


All classes are recorded and posted to our Fit Mama Training YouTube channel for you to access any time in case you missed it LIVE.  Register now for our unlimited monthly package for $70 and gain access to more than 40 classes a month.
