Fit Mama Training is the fitness choice for moms looking to get back in shape. We offer personal training, virtual fitness classes, outdoor bootcamps, yoga, nutritional coaching and more.
Our mission is to give women access to fitness in the most convenient way because we understand the challenges of balancing the mom life. Our supportive community and coaches create a space where fitness is a lifestyle, not an obligation. Most importantly, we have fun!
MOTIVATE EACH OTHER! Classes are a sweaty full body HIIT (high intensity interval training) session! We will use resistance bands, skipping ropes, dumbbells and your own bodyweight to get into your optimal fat burning zone during our hour together.
TRAIN WITH A CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER to help you reach your fitness goals. Build muscle and burn fat to help you melt that midsection. Whether your goal is to lose weight or inches, strengthen and tone, Fit Mama will design a program customized to YOU and your goals.
Whether you prefer to train in private or in a group environment, Fit Mama has got you covered. Inquire about our mobile bootcamp service, where we send a certified personal trainer to your neighbourhood or workplace equipped to lead you through a high intensity fat melting session.
