Stepping into a gym can be daunting if you don't know where to start. Perhaps fitness classes don't fit your schedule, or maybe you just need a little extra motivation and accountability. If you can relate, personal training is a great option for you! We build custom programs to help you reach your fitness goals. We recommend training with your personal trainer a minimum of 2 times per week complimented with at least one or two fitness classes or favourite activities.

Private 1:1 Training​
Work with a certified personal trainer that will help you smash your fitness goals. Sessions are 45 minutes and can be done in studio or virtual via Zoom. We recommend training a minimum of 2 times a week to see optimum results.

Partner Training
Got a friend, hubby or partner you want to sweat with? Motivate each other to help reach your fitness goals together with the help of a personal trainer. Don't have a partner? Let us pair you up with someone with similar fitness goals and abilities.

Small Group Training
If you have a group of 3-5 friends that want to train together, small group training is a great option! Book the entire studio for a private session for you and your friends.
